Don Imus Hired by New York WABC Radio Station

Good on you Imus! But still that doesn’t hide the fact that you were railroaded by a few high-ranking members of the black community. As an honorary black man I was appalled by WNBC as well as MSNBC choice to toss you out the door head first.

Al Sharpton stated "We at National Action Network strongly urge Citadel Broadcasting to meet with the National Association of Black Journalists and other interested organizations around their announced intention to return Don Imus to the airwaves”

I really wish Al Sharpton would look at the problems gravely effecting the real African American community. Like major health issues such as diabetes, HIV-AIDS and Gang violence. Those three things alone killed more black men and women then any remarks made by Don Imus. “Nappy Headed Hoes?”
