It’s bad to hate, even Presidents

Today the Drudge Report was the first to report that during a live speech by VP Cheney was a visible “X” that was repeatedly flashed over Cheney’s head in a subliminal motion. No one knows who was responsible, yet.

Now I’ll be the first to tell you that I’ve been disgusted by the Bush administration and have voiced my fair share of anger. But with all the things the opposition can do; marking out VP’s, distributing war crimes poster in malls and degrading extended family members is just not the right thing to do. Not that I don’t understand why they did what they did; they’re angry and realize they can’t do much about it.

Only through knowledge will we ever overcome those who mean ill to other men. And we have something going for us that they will never have; we’re right. Look around, people fear their government; and fear always turns to hate.

Just remember "The wicked flee when no man pursueth."

A lot of people are slowly hating the government nto because they fear it, but because they know that the things the government is doing is not right. Sometimes I think that the political leaders forget that they're supposed to be representing and serving the people who voted for them. I guess that this is what makes people tick.
